Traditional Burgundy style fermented and aged sur lie in French oak barrels, Our Chardonnay has low acidity with delicate oak and pear notes. Made from our estate Dijon clone 96 Chardonnay and harvested in mid-October. Barrel fermentation brings out just the right balance of fruit and oak.
